Work in NY+12 hrs commute+work in London was about 30 hrs awake; followed by a straight 15 hrs asleep. Jet lag should be about beat now.

Rest yes. Sleep? No not really. I'm no good at sleeping in noisy environments in awkward positions. I find that generally once I'm asleep, I'm always deep asleep. But falling asleep is very difficult for me, rather little distraction of almost any kind will keep me up. May 6, 2011
