Panoramic shot of the Xmas dinner spread.

Cornbread, pre-bake. For the stuffing. The yams, and bits of the stuffing, in preparation. Chopped yams. For http://goo.gl/PnI4z . Browning the sausage for the stuffing. Corn Pudding ( http://goo.gl/63HDZ ) in early steps of preparation. Partially prepared stuffing. Apples being peeled and chopped for the stuffing. Stuffing, almost ready to bake. (http://goo.gl/6l9hQ -- which was DELECTABLE) The "recipe board" I used to keep track of everything being done. A gantt chart to keep track of (approximately) what was happening when, in preparation. I got pretty close to my estimated times, and almost everything came out great!

Here's the result (and preparation) of a hard day's work putting together Xmas dinner.
