Halloween in Brooklyn

2005-11-02 14:25 - General

So, just now passed the third Halloween holiday that I lived out in my Brooklyn apartment. And for all three years, not a single trick-or-treater ended up at my door. I live in a rather residential area as well, so I'm confused. Do kids in Brooklyn not go out trick-or-treating? Where do they get their candy?! =)

Thank goodness I didn't grow up in a candy-less city.

You may use Markdown syntax in the comment, but no HTML. Hints:

  • An empty line between text will create a paragraph boundary.
  • Use angle braces around a plain URL to auto-link it: <http://www.example.com/>.
  • Use this format to create a link with different text showing: [An Example](http://www.example.com/).
  • Use backticks (``), not leading spaces to enclose a code block.
