So, I have to deal with the fact that I'm starting to become an adult. I've got a birthday coming up this week. I'm not even 30 yet, but I'm at the point where I've got to accept that I ain't a kid anymore. I'm a really picky eater, so controlling my diet is difficult, but over the past month or so (I'm not terribly sure, I haven't been keeping track of much of anything), I've managed to drop ten pounds.
How'd I do it? I only really did two things. I cut my breakfast back from cereal + pancakes (generally dripping with syrup) to just the cereal. And I switched to diet soda. Long story short, I tried coke zero, and it's pretty darn good. And this past weekend, I found they have a vanilla variety, and it's really good!
I never thought I'd be a diet soda drinker.
