Spiffy new look !

2004-12-03 23:03 - General

As should be obvious to any regular visitor, I've just set up a spiffy new look for my web page. I am really against bulky web pages with big images. And even though I've added a lot of pizazz and color, it took under 10k of image files. Woo!

I just have to fix the height of the main content area. On pages without a lot of main content, it isn't tall enough to fit with the new ad and right column. Hrm. Easy fix in Firefox, because it supports min-height. In IE though.. Sheesh, just switch to Firefox!

Edit: I think I have everything fixed. If something doesn't look right tell me. But if you're using IE, it would be easier to switch! ;-)

You may use Markdown syntax in the comment, but no HTML. Hints:

  • An empty line between text will create a paragraph boundary.
  • Use angle braces around a plain URL to auto-link it: <http://www.example.com/>.
  • Use this format to create a link with different text showing: [An Example](http://www.example.com/).
  • Use backticks (``), not leading spaces to enclose a code block.

If you are attempting to contact me, ask me a question, etc, please send me a message through the contact form rather than posting a comment here. Thank you. (If you post a comment anyway when it should be a message to me, I'll probably just delete your comment. I don't like clutter.)
